The new club shirts are in! If you put in a shirt order, be sure to show up to the February club meeting to get your shirt or whatever merch you ordered through Joe. Thanks to Joe for volunteering to help out on this!
As usual, bring your latest and greatest homebrew, mead, cider, cyser and whatnot for sampling and feedback – bring your notebooks.

Clear your calendar for what Dave decided is the Saint Paul Homebrew Club’s 25th annual holiday club meeting and potluck. We’ll be back at Falling KnifeBrewing, and may even be lucky enough for an all-access behind-the-scenes brewery tour by Mr. Tom Berg, himself!
Keep in mind that we can’t bring homebrew to Minneapolis, so keep it at home this month. But Tom will have a nice selection, so bring your cash money.
New this year, we’re getting some pizzas ordered from Wrecktangle, but feel free to bring an appetizer, desert, or whatever else you’d like to bring (club members – check your email for the signup sheet). If you are planning on coming, please give me a heads up so I can get in the ballpark on numbers of pizzas (non-members – just let us know through the comments below if you plan to attend).
Don’t forget also that in January we’ll be back at NB headquarters in Roseville for a British and Irish Stouts Brew the Style! More to come next week.

Hear Sandy’s interview about brewing with organic ingredients with John Holl on the “All about Beer” podcast. Jay and Sandy have long been generous friends of the SPHBC – indoor voices, please and thank you, tip well.
Plus the usual SPHBC tomfoolery. Bring your own beers and meads and ciders and cysers (oh, my!) for sampling and feedback . Remember to bring your notes.

Meeting Agenda SPHBC member Art got us in the door at White Bear Meadery, which was host to September’s Valkyries Cup Mead Competition judging by chatting up the owner (nice work, Art).
Think of it as a Mead Day reboot; we’re able to bring our own mead (or homebrew), but be sure to also try out a mead from our host.
This is our first meeting at White Bear Meadery – indoor voices, please and thank you, tip well.
