Brew the Style is BACK for 2022!

After getting sidelined for a couple of years, the Brew the Style is back on schedule for 2022.

  •  July 2022 – Farmhouse yeast challenge: ferment a beer with a farmhouse yeast strain, preferably something that performs at its best at higher fermentation temperatures. So it’s a high fermentation temperature challenge. This can be any farmhouse/saison, kveik … whatever you choose
