Just stop on by. This meeting. Another meeting. Whenever it works for you. Meetings are informal and tend to last about two hours or so.
This meeting: Tuesday, May 7th, 7 – 9 p.m.
The Saint Paul Homebrewers Club returns home to Saint Paul at Yoerg Brewing (thank you, Yoerg Brewing!). Bill Dumler from Two Track will be demonstrating the “Hot steep” method for evaluating malts. We’ll also be sampling beers made with the Two Track malts, Okefenokee and Medora. With any luck, we’ll transition to Yoerg a more permanent meeting location. They’ve got a great space (reminiscent of the Muddy Pig days, for those that remember) with actual chairs. Let Dave know what you think of the space either during or after the meeting.
July is the epic Blonde Ale (18A) battle in our next round of Brew the Style. Someone needs to knock Aric off his high horse and reclaim the title, the Beverage Belt, and the opportunity to pick the next style to brew. Remember also that the winner gets an entry fee comp’d and the State Fair is just around the corner.

Time is running out to pay your 2025 club dues (kidding – we’ll take them well into 2026). The club gets to keep the lights on with mundane things like web hosting and replacement parts for the club gear.
