Bring your IP-A-game to this month’s meeting as February is the next Brew the Style, focusing on American IPA (21A). And, let Dave know if you’re bringing one. The winner gets an entry fee waived for an upcoming competition, and there are plenty coming up. And Dave will bring more of the 2026 SPHBC club member bottle openers for those of you who paid your dues this year. We’re not quite a month into the year and already half of these have been given away, so hurry up!
In March, we return to the malt topic and we’d like to pair the Two Track base grain beers with a hot steeped test of the same grain to identify some of the similarities/differences in these grains and their contributions in a beer.
