We’ll be back at Falling Knife Brewing (thanks, Tommy!). We’ll be doing an off-flavor kit, actual off-flavor TBD. Adding to this, Falling Knife’s tasting panel employees (maybe Tom, depending on timing with the Wolves game that night) may be joining us as well. Great opportunity to compare taste perspectives with industry experts.
Tom will have a nice selection as always, so bring your cash money.

The next Brew the Style is German Pilsner and scheduled for is being pushed to the March ‘25 meeting.
Paying club dues is the hip new thing for 2025. Back also this year, if you volunteered at a bottle sort, judged, stewarded, etc. at a competition, there’s a code for a $5 discount on next year’s dues (https://sphbc.org/product/membership-for-2025/).
