In March, we return to the malt topic with an off-flavor kit to test your beer sensing skills.
We had a great Deja Bru competition in February. Aric, Garrick, Steve and others did a great job organizing some fun, interesting, and unusual beers. And they secured the upstairs space at Waldmann Brewery in St. Paul that has a great history and a sweet-looking taxidermied buffalo head on the wall. We had a great conversation with Matt Wilder, Waldmann’s head brewer and am working on a follow up Club road trip there in the future.

Time is running out to pay your 2025 club dues (kidding – we’ll take them well into 2026). The club gets to keep the lights on with mundane things like web hosting and replacement parts for the club gear.
