Oct 2nd Club Meeting at The Muddy Pig

Our October SPHBC meeting is Tuesday October 2nd at The Muddy Pig. 7-9:30pm.We’ll have a couple blind tastings, discuss altbier and saisons and have plenty of time to share homebrew.

Brew the Style is BACK for 2022!

August 2022 Brew the Style Challenge – The club challenge is to brew a beer using this malt bill and then any yeast/hops/other flavors you want:

- Rahr 2-row 11 lbs
- Vienna 1.5 lbs
- Briess Caramel 40L 0.5 lbs
- Briess Caramel 80L 0.5 lbs

Bonus for August challenge – attend SPHBC Mead Day 2022 (August 6th at Guillermo and Amanda’s home) and pick up bags of malt donated by Northern Brewer to use for the October club brew the style challenge. We have multiple free bags to distribute to club members.
